Responsibilities- Assessing patients' medical histories.
- Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and addressing patient concerns.
- Creating personalized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
- Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Current Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Washington State.
- A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Compensation: $85,000 - $103,000 per year, inclusive of productivity incentives, with a potential sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. Additional compensation opportunities are available for certifications and location differentials.
