Role Overview

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) will deliver clinical expertise, leadership, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case. You will ensure that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical practices, leading to meaningful progress and satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and oversight of assigned cases, as well as consultation for cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
• Support the professional development of your clinical team, offering mentorship and feedback to foster the growth of Program Managers and Interventionists.
• Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours per week / 110 hours per month).
• Deliver quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients and funding sources.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and document the progress of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates as required.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop function-based treatment strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback and performance management metrics to clinical team members, including Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers.
• Offer training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST) methods.
• Collaborate with school personnel when applicable, conducting observations, providing programming recommendations, and offering ongoing support.

Desired Skills

• Strong background in ABA and clinical practices
• Excellent communication skills, with attention to grammar and clarity
• Ability to effectively manage billable and non-billable hours, including both direct and indirect supervision
• Team-oriented with a strong customer service focus; bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
