Registered Dental Hygienist

Compensation: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling based on the applicant's preference

Licensure/Certification:

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Valid state dental hygiene license

Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control protocols.
• Experience with patient assessment methods and effective communication with individuals of all ages.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while upholding professionalism.
• Skilled in accurately managing medical records.
• A caring and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and detailed oral evaluations.
• Conduct accurate and patient-centered dental X-rays.
• Administer fluoride treatments and sealants, considering each patient's preferences.
• Educate and involve patients in their oral health journey.
• Collaborate closely with dental professionals to align treatment plans with patient goals, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Implement follow-up procedures to track patient progress and ensure successful results.
• Maintain hygiene tools and equipment, employing advanced sterilization methods to foster a cooperative environment.
