Compensation

Hourly Pay: $39.59 - $46.55, depending on experience.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Preferred experience in long-term care settings.

Your Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will employ the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents. Responsibilities include:

• Planning, directing, and executing shift routines within the designated nursing unit.
• Observing, guiding, and assessing the activities of staff as the designated leader in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Assuming "Building Charge" duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.
• Providing leadership and direction within the assigned unit.
• Conducting resident care functions.
• Managing charting, documentation, and assessment tasks.
• Participating in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Performing additional duties as required.

Preferred Experience

Experience in long-term care settings is advantageous.

Education Requirements

Technical training or higher in Nursing.

Licenses & Certifications

• Required: Registered Nurse
• Preferred: CPR/First Aid Certification
