Your success will be driven by:
- Assessing patients' medical histories.
- Delivering exceptional one-on-one care, typically spending around 40 minutes with each patient.
- Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback.
- Creating personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and anticipated results.
- Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries.
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Informing patients and their families about the recovery journey associated with physical therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Louisiana.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is mandatory.

Compensation:The salary range is between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, which includes productivity incentives and additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Our benefits package includes generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
