Home time should be predictable. If we miss your scheduled home time due to no fault of yours, we will add $350 to your next paycheck—no questions asked.

Compensation Details- Pay Rate: 58-70 cents per mile, depending on experience.
- Additional Pay: Compensation for picks, drops, detention, layovers, and tarping.
- Merit Pay: Eligible within the first 60 days of employment.
- Longevity Pay: Increases annually.

Requirements- Valid CDL-A license.
- At least 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed).
- Consistent work history (no more than 2 employers per year).
- Clean driving record (no more than 4 minor violations, 1 preventable accident, or DUI/SAP in the last 3 years).
