Salary Range: $45-$52.22 DOE

Setting & Population Served
Our facilities function as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) that offer:
- Long-term care for residents needing ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance
- Short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through personal interaction and ensure that care and services enable patients to achieve or maintain their highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans based on any changes in the patient’s condition. Daily, you will also be responsible for providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Must be currently licensed/registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
- Communicate effectively and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team
