Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling Options: This role is available for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates.

  • Full-Time: $40-50/hr
  • Part-Time: $46-52/hr
  • PRN: $50-60/hr

Compensation is determined by your employment status and experience level.

Qualifications

Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver a comprehensive range of physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative setting, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.


Licenses and Certifications
Must possess and maintain a valid state PT license or certification.
Current CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications
Education: A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience: 0-1 years.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance patients’ physical capabilities.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and effective management strategies for their conditions.
  • Keep precise and current documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
