As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will deliver care and services aimed at helping patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Daily tasks will also involve assigning duties, instructing, and offering clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Active and valid nursing license in the relevant state, with a commitment to maintaining good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with a mandate to keep it current throughout employment.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Competently and knowledgeably provide quality nursing care to patients.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
