Quick Facts Location: Clinton, NC Start Date: 07/19/2026 Duration: Ongoing Shift: 24/7 call coverage Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract Certifications: NC Medical License, NC DEA, NC Medicaid Credential, Board Certified or Eligible Experience: Minimum 2 years OB/GYN experience Pay: $1.00/hour Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, licensing and travel reimbursements, robust referral bonus program, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements What You’ll Do Provide OB/GYN care including deliveries, C-sections, and GYN procedures at a busy hospital Attend high-risk and emergent cases, including labor and postpartum management Round on patients and participate in emergency on-call duties Collaborate with hospital staff, including support teams for anesthesiology and radiology Document patient encounters accurately and promptly Support resident teaching and clinical supervision Transfer high-risk cases as needed to regional NICU centers What You Need Active North Carolina Medical License, NC DEA, and NC Medicaid Credential Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Minimum 2 years OB/GYN experience, including deliveries Current medical malpractice insurance (no recent or open cases) Valid NPI number Ability to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care Must be within 20 minutes of hospital per bylaws No recent disciplinary actions or malpractice cases About the Assignment Join a reputable hospital in Clinton, North Carolina, providing essential OB/GYN services to a community with a typical 27 deliveries per month. The hospital offers a level 1 nursery, high-risk transfer agreements with regional NICUs, and supportive hospital staff available 24/7. Providers will be housed in hospital apartments adjacent to the facility, offering convenience and comfort during your assignment.
