Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Holds or is eligible for state licensure/ASHA CCCs
- Experience working as an SLP in K-12 school settings preferred
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
- Skilled in conducting assessments, therapy sessions, progress tracking, and documentation
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to determine service eligibility
- Develop measurable goals and maintain detailed progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
