Job Opportunity: Physician Assistant in Women's Health

Our organization is looking for a dedicated full-time physician assistant to enhance our Women's Health services in Richland, Washington. This position operates on a shift-based schedule, incorporating both inpatient and outpatient care. Position Overview
  • Employment Type: Full-time, 1.0 FTE
  • Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off
  • Shift Duration: 10-hour shifts; 26 weeks annually
  • Care Type: Combination of inpatient and outpatient services
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide post-operative care
    • Assist with hospital rounding
    • Manage discharge duties
    • Support clinic operations
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $135,890 to $180,253 annually
  • Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as a non-profit organization
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health, vision, dental, and retirement plans
  • Additional Compensation: Salary may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
