Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Baltimore, MD Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Primarily Weekday School Hours Position Overview Bond Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Services are provided primarily in a center-based and preschool setting during regular school hours, offering a predictable schedule and an outstanding work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs. Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Technicians. Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Provide direct behavioral services when appropriate. Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development across environments. Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required. Strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and communication skills. Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based, child-centered care. Experience working with children in an ABA setting preferred. Why Join Bond Health?
