Key Responsibilities

• Work Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts
• Manage a patient load of 19 daily, with flexibility for a panel of 16 or more
• Provide care for patients of all ages, from pediatric to adult
• Concentrate on chronic conditions, particularly hypertension and diabetes management
• Experience with underserved populations is essential
• Engage in community outreach activities

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care is required
• Hospital privileges are necessary
