Job Summary
A direct hire opportunity is available for an Application Engineer - CT/X-ray Inspection in Mountain View, CA. This role is ideal for an early-career engineering professional with hands-on experience in industrial CT, X-ray inspection, non-destructive testing, and advanced CT data analysis.
The Application Engineer - CT/X-ray Inspection will support customer inspection projects, evaluate technical feasibility, perform CT/X-ray testing, analyze inspection data, and prepare professional reports and training materials. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in feasibility evaluations, testing, and technical solution selection for CT/X-ray inspection projects.
- Develop a strong understanding of product operating principles, applications, and inspection workflows.
- Create product operating procedures, user guidelines, technical documentation, and training materials.
- Interpret customer inspection standards and requirements to complete accurate and effective inspection tasks.
- Record, organize, archive, and report inspection data based on customer and project requirements.
- Perform advanced CT data analysis using VGStudio MAX and related CT analysis tools.

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $100,000 to $110,000 per year.
