Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents' conditions.
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans.
  • Track and document patient progress.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Essential Requirements: (Flexible schedule is a must)

  • Current Registered Occupational Therapist license.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as within a team.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
  • Document patient advancements and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Comply with all regulatory standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
  • Experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous.
