Job Description

The Derivative Confirmation Specialist will focus on drafting, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy of derivative confirmation documents within the financial services industry. Working in the banking and financial services department, this role is critical to maintaining compliance and supporting operational efficiency. Client Details A company in the financial services industry located in New York. Description Draft and review derivative confirmation documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in documentation. Ensure timely confirmation of trades to meet operational deadlines. Maintain up-to-date records of all derivative confirmation activities. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in confirmation workflows. Communicate effectively with counterparties to address and resolve confirmation issues. Assist in audits and reporting related to derivative confirmations. Stay informed of regulatory changes impacting derivative confirmations.
