We are looking for a skilled anesthesiologist to become part of our collaborative, hospital-based anesthesia team at our facility. Position Highlights:Base Salary: $520,000
Cardiac Stipend: $80,000
Additional Compensation: Quality Bonus
Time Off: Minimum of 8 weeks vacation, with potential to extend to 15 weeks based on call track.

- Pediatric anesthesia

- Cath lab interventions

- Cardiac cases available based on interest and expertise
First Call (In-House) Track:
• 7 weeks of night call (7 PM - 7 AM), with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule
• 7 additional post-call weeks, significantly enhancing total time off
• Guaranteed day off after call
• Ideal for those seeking maximum vacation time.
Second Call (Backup) Track:
• No in-house call requirement
• Approximately every 9th second-call rotation
• Lighter call responsibilities.
