Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care. Participate in 24-hour call coverage, managing emergency cases as needed. Document procedures and patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Support trauma and critical care teams for adult patients. Engage in ongoing quality improvement and team meetings as required. What You Need Valid state medical license in Ohio Board-certified in Surgery, with specialization in cardiothoracic surgery Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in cardiothoracic procedures Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment This position offers coverage for a leading hospital in Lima, Ohio, providing critical cardiothoracic surgical services, including trauma cases.
