School Psychologist

We are seeking a School psychologist work as a ProCare Therapy in Laurel, DE. This is a full time position for the 2026/2027 school year. In this position, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and clearly communicate findings
• Partner with educators and families to design and implement meaningful interventions
• Contribute to the development of IEPs, 504 Plans, and behavioral support plans
• Provide short-term counseling and crisis response support
• Analyze data to guide decision-making and improve student outcomes
• Lead or support initiatives focused on mental health awareness and prevention

Qualifications

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Valid Delaware certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
