Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider seeking a full time board certified/board eligible physician (MD/DO) committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to care. Join an established, busy, 3-physician, 1-APP practice with adjoining family practice in delivering superb care in a collaborative environment. Opportunities for nursery/new-born care are also available, if desired.

Our child-friendly clinic space is located off campus of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (West Chinden Pediatrics), the regions only Level II Trauma Center, on the boarder of Eagle and Meridian Idaho.

Schedule: Traditional clinic work week, Monday through Friday, no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time. Parent call only (w/ answering and triage services), 1:8, 1-week rotations

Requirements:

\n
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
\n
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Pediatric Residency. Certification by the American Board of Pediatrics (or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment)

• Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC Boise.
\n
• Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy, DEA.
