Overview of the Position:

• Receive a $350 guarantee for home time if we fail to meet your scheduled return.
• Enjoy two consecutive nights at home each week—guaranteed (or opt to stay out longer if you wish).
• Starting pay averages $1,680 per week (for those with 2+ years of experience) — consistent and dedicated freight.
• You will have your own assigned truck, which is a late-model vehicle (average fleet age: 2 years).

Compensation and Mileage

• Earn between 58-70 cents per mile (based on experience).
• Average weekly mileage ranges from 2,300 to 2,500 miles (with potential for over 3,000).
• Compensation includes pay for picks, drops, detention, and layovers.
• Eligible for merit pay within the first 60 days.
• Receive longevity pay that increases annually.

Your Vehicle

You will drive a late-model International LT625 (average fleet age: 2 years) with fully automatic transmission.

• Equipped with SiriusXM All Access and a CB Radio.
• Includes an APU inverter.
• Features a refrigerator, TV mount, and optional in-cab Wi-Fi.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• At least 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed).
• Consistent work history (no more than 2 employers per year).
• Clean driving record (no more than 4 minor violations, 1 preventable accident, or DUI/SAP in the last 3 years).
