Job Description:

Tony Stark Industries is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, content creation, employer branding, events, and recruiting marketing. This role works closely with sales, recruiting, and leadership teams to execute marketing strategies, maintain brand consistency, and analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across job boards, email, and social media
\n
• Create and schedule marketing content for multiple platforms
\n
• Assist with website updates and landing page management
\n
• Support recruiting marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts
\n
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
\n
• Coordinate webinars, events, and internal communications
\n
• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
\n
• Manage marketing assets and ensure brand consistency
\n

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
\n
• 1–3 years of marketing experience
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
\n
• Familiarity with CRM, ATS, email marketing platforms, or CMS tools is a plus
\n
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
