Location: Soldotna, Alaska
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
Setting: Outpatient Pediatric
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team in Soldotna, Alaska.

ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat pediatric patients with communication, speech, and language impairments.
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using standardized assessments.
Develop and provide individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and professional expertise.
Develop and provide home programs throughout the intervention period and at discharge.
Supervise SLPAs in accordance with state regulations and provide supervision to speech aides as needed.
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, support staff, and families/caregivers.
Participate in staff and speech therapy meetings.
Maintain required CPR certification.
Follow professional ethics, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Alaska SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
Pediatric speech-language therapy experience preferred.
Strong clinical documentation, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to effectively supervise SLPAs and speech aides.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OneNote.
