Key Responsibilities

• Work hours are weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM, with on-call duties required during nights and weekends.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage during weekends, from 7 AM to 7 AM.
• Conduct hospital rounds, assist in surgeries, and cover clinic responsibilities.
• Manage a patient population involving cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries.
• Perform CABG, thoracic, vascular, and cardiac surgical procedures.
• Preferred skills include chest tube and epicardial wire removal.
• Initial leave coverage with the potential for ongoing assignments thereafter.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of surgical experience is required.

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $105.00 to $138.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
