As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide essential services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will oversee the clinical activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Active and valid nursing license in the relevant state, with the requirement to maintain a good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license throughout your employment.
  • Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
