Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your success will be driven by:

  • Utilizing clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and uncover underlying issues through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
  • Implementing skilled interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain.
  • Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adjusting treatment strategies based on progress and clinical observations.
  • Acting as a reliable resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery process.
Qualifications

To be considered for the Physical Therapist position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • CPR and first aid certification is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred; however, highly qualified new graduates with robust orthopedic clinical training during their affiliations will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in evaluating and treating orthopedic, pediatric, and sports medicine conditions.
Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from $85K to $112K+, which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities available for certifications.
