Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' mobility and physical capabilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, safety, and independence.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams to ensure comprehensive support.
• Educate residents and their families about therapy processes and health management.
• Document treatment outcomes in compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Experience in a senior living or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
