CompensationPay Range: $39 - $46.50 per hour, depending on prior experience.
ScheduleFull-time: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekend work.

- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care; home care experience is preferred.
- CPR certification.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will:
- Manage cases, coordinate, supervise, and implement professional and supportive services for clients, utilizing nursing theory and processes in line with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Review client referral information and respond to inquiries as necessary.
- Conduct client assessments according to agency standards to ensure effective home care services.
- Independently direct, plan, and initiate appropriate actions in home care situations.
- Perform duties in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.
Our organization is a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health care agency located in Montrose, CO. We have a dedicated team of nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and home health aides focused on delivering personalized healthcare with compassion and empathy. Experience- Required: 2 years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care.
- Preferred: Experience in home care.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Required: CPR/First Aid certification and Registered Nurse license.
