Key Responsibilities:As a Physical Therapist I, you will provide evidence-based, patient-focused rehabilitation services aimed at restoring function, enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting independence. You will work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary care team to create personalized treatment plans that help patients meet their rehabilitation objectives.
- Assess patients and formulate tailored treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, mobility assistance, and functional rehabilitation.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise regimens.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate EMR documentation while adhering to hospital and regulatory standards.
Education, Experience, and Training:
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy.
- A valid state Physical Therapy license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification from AHA, to be maintained throughout employment.
