Quick Facts Location: 269 South Candy Lane, Cottonwood, AZ 86326 Start Date: 07/15/2026 End Date: 10/14/2026 Shift: Day shift, 08:00 – 17:00, with night beeper call from 17:00 – 08:00 Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract / locum Licensure: Arizona license or IMLC (will consider licensing for August dates) Experience: Minimum 1 year required Pay Rate: $481.65 per hour Schedule: Full-time coverage including hospital support and clinics Pay & Benefits Pay package: discussed upon application Weekly Pay Schedule: via direct deposit Medical Benefits: comprehensive W-2 benefits plan Additional Benefits: robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and more Support: dedicated 24/7 team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide urological care to approximately 15–18 patients per day in clinic Perform 10–15 procedures weekly, including ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy Conduct 3–4 surgeries per week in the hospital OR Collaborate with support staff including one employed MD and medical assistants Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and charting Support hospital operations, including availability for call coverage What You Need Required: Board certification or eligibility, Arizona medical licensure or IMLC eligibility, DEA license, minimum 1 year of clinical experience Preferred: Experience with TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy, disposable flexible cystoscopes Skills: Excellent communication, patient-centered care, teamwork About the Assignment This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a well-equipped hospital setting with access to robotics technology (not required), allowing you to practice a wide range of urological procedures while supporting a steady patient volume.
