Staff Pharmacist (New Graduates are Welcome to apply)

Locations: Medina, & Huron, OH

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking Staff Pharmacists for full-time opportunities at retail pharmacy locations in Medina, OH and Huron, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced pharmacists as well as new graduates who are passionate about patient care and interested in building long-term relationships within the communities they serve.

Candidates who are willing to obtain an Ohio Pharmacist License will also be considered, provided the licensing process does not significantly delay onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Practice pharmacy in compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Interpret, review, verify, fill, and dispense prescriptions.

  • Counsel patients regarding medications and therapy.

  • Administer immunizations in accordance with applicable requirements.

  • Provide Medication Therapy Management (MTM).

  • Prepare and supervise compounded and prescribed medications.

  • Monitor drug interactions, dosage accuracy, and medication safety

Qualifications:

  • Active Ohio Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain one.

  • Immunization certification meeting Ohio requirements.

  • Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain.

  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to patient-centered care.

  • Retail pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
