Quick Facts: Location: 317 North Hickory Avenue, Cookeville, TN 38501 Start Date: 08/31/2026 End Date: 11/30/2026 Shift: Day, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday; flexible to Crossville (20 min away) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Active TN Medical License, TN DEA, Board-Certified Women’s Health NP Experience: Women's health background including prenatal and well-woman care, contraceptive management Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay: $66.83/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements (when applicable) Travel covered: long-term housing, car rental, and one round-trip airfare (lodging capped at $200/night) What You’ll Do: Provide antepartum and postpartum women's health care across all trimesters Conduct well-woman examinations and perform preventive gynecological services Counsel and manage contraceptive options for patients Collaborate with MDs, CNMs, and social workers for comprehensive care Coordinate care plans and follow-ups for patients in a busy clinical setting Document patient encounters using Athena EMR Engage with AI Ambiance support (AI Scribe) for documentation efficiency What You Need: Active Tennessee Medical License and DEA registration Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Experience in women’s health, prenatal, and well-woman services Knowledge of contraceptive management and high-risk OB care preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills About the Assignment: This assignment takes place in a welcoming healthcare environment committed to quality women’s health. The provider will work closely with a team of OBGYNs, CNMs, and social workers to deliver comprehensive care for diverse patient populations.
