Key Responsibilities

• Execute therapist-created treatment plans aimed at enhancing residents' daily living skills.
• Facilitate functional mobility activities and therapeutic exercises.
• Provide training in activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Document residents' progress and outcomes effectively.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate families about treatment plans and progress.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
