Quick Facts: Location: Baraboo, WI Start Date: 12/21/2026 End Date: 12/28/2026 (extension likely) Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; 30-minute unpaid lunch Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: MD/DO, BC in Radiation Oncology, BLS, DEA, IMLC considered Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $327.60 Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in compliance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (airfare, lodging, car/mileage) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide expert consultation and treatment planning for adult and geriatric oncology patients Manage new patient consults, follow-ups, labs, and imaging reviews Perform procedures including CT simulation, CT planning, 3D conformal planning, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SBRT, radiosurgical contouring, and adaptive replanning Address complex case types such as breast, prostate, head and neck, lung, skin, GI/GU, among others Ensure quality and safety in all procedures and patient care activities What You Need: MD or DO license, BC in Radiation Oncology, BLS certification, DEA registration Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred Ability to perform a range of specialized procedures and multi-disciplinary case management Willingness to consider IMLC licensure About the Assignment: Join a dedicated team supporting adult oncology patients at a hospital-based department.
