Quick Facts Location: 2213 Cherry Street, Toledo, OH 43608 Start Date: 07/13/2026 End Date: 11/13/2026 Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Locum/Temporary License/Certifications: Ohio Physician Assistant license (or eligible) Experience: Minimum 1 year in inpatient or vascular surgery setting Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $17.16 per hour Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient surgical care in a Level 1 trauma hospital setting Support vascular surgery teams with assessments, procedures, and patient management Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Document all patient interactions accurately in EPIC EMR Assist with patient consultations and follow-up care Cover multiple hospital facilities as needed Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards What You Need Required: Active Ohio Physician Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one Minimum 1 year of inpatient or vascular surgery experience Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: Experience in trauma or emergency inpatient care BLS/ACLS certification Local candidates preferred due to travel reimbursements About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading healthcare facility in Toledo, Ohio, providing inpatient vascular surgery coverage at a busy Level 1 trauma hospital.
