Quick Facts Location: Fond du Lac, WI Start Date: 11/22/2026 End Date: 02/21/2027 Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with unpaid 1-hour lunch) Schedule Details: Nov 22-25, Dec 28-31, Jan 11-15, June 21-25 Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: PRN/Part-time License/Certs: Wisconsin License (or IMLC accepted), BC in Radiation Oncology, BLS required Experience: 5+ years preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $327.60 Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Travel reimbursements (airfare, lodging, rental, gas/mileage) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team from VHS What You’ll Do Provide expert radiation oncology care for adult patients in a hospital setting Support clinical team with new patient consultations, follow-up care, and treatment planning Perform procedures including CT simulation, planning, 3D conformal, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT, radiosurgical contouring, adaptive replanning Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including radiation therapists, physicists, oncologists, nurses, and pharmacists Support supportive care management, toxicity assessment, and imaging review Contribute to patient care across a variety of case types: breast, prostate, CNS, head & neck, lung, GI/GU, skin, palliative/emergent, spinal cord compression, brain metastases, SVC syndrome What You Need MD or DO license in Wisconsin (or eligible via IMLC) BC in Radiation Oncology BLS certification Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred) Proficient in radiation procedures and multidisciplinary collaboration DEA license (preferred) About the Assignment Join a hospital-based department supporting adult and geriatric patients. The assigned cases include a wide variety of specialty treatments utilizing advanced equipment and techniques, such as CT simulation, IMRT, VMAT, SRS, and SBRT. The team includes radiation therapists, physicists, nurses, and pharmacists, fostering a collaborative environment committed to high-quality cancer care.
