- Employees who consistently demonstrate high-quality workmanship, productivity, reliability and a strong work ethic may receive an hourly rate increase. \n
- Pay increases are awarded in increments of £0.25 per hour, up to a maximum of £2.00 per hour above the standard rate. \n
- Performance-related increases are dependent on maintaining the required standards of quality, productivity, reliability, conduct and attendance. \n

- Installing a variety of fencing systems, including timber, closeboard, panel, post and rail, security, chain-link and metal fencing \n
- Carrying out fencing repairs and replacements \n
- Reading site plans, drawings and measurements to ensure accurate installation \n
- Setting out work areas and preparing sites for installation \n
- Digging post holes and installing posts using the correct materials and equipment \n
- Using hand tools, power tools and small plant safely and effectively \n
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements and company standards \n
- Working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines \n
- Keeping work areas, tools and company vehicles clean and organised \n
- Communicating professionally with customers, site managers and colleagues \n
- \n
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in fencing installation \n
- Experience installing a range of domestic and commercial fencing systems \n
- A good understanding of health and safety practices within a construction environment \n
- Ability to read drawings and follow specifications \n
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions \n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- CSCS Card desirable \n
- \n
- Experience operating mini diggers or other small plant** \n
- Trailer towing licence \n
- First Aid at Work qualification \n
- Experience installing gates and access control systems \n
- Experience with security fencing \n
