Up to £110k + LTIPs + Bonus + up to 10% Pension

We are exclusively recruiting for Senior Legal Counsel to join an international, fast‑moving technology and advanced manufacturing organisation. This role offers a rare opportunity to work closely with the General Counsel while enjoying genuine autonomy and influence.

You will deliver commercially focused legal advice in the UK and internationally spanning commercial contracts, compliance, IP, employment, litigation/dispute resolution, construction and real estate alongside the opportunity to mentor and support more junior lawyers within the team.

You will bring strong commercial contracts experience, commercial awareness and the confidence to engage across operations, sales, senior leadership and external counsel. Experience of real estate, employment, IP and compliance would also be beneficial.
