People Systems & MI Manager

Sittingbourne, Farringdon or Croydon hybrid working available

Reporting to the Head of Service, and as our technical expert, you will lead thePeople Systems & MI Teamto deliver a proactive, reliable and effective end-user focused service to internal stakeholders and the business.

Our People Strategy commits to a programme of continuous improvement for our People systems. As part of this, youll be expected to lead on proposing/reviewing, designing and implementing process improvements to support more efficient processes and ways of working for our colleagues. Youll be hands-on and be responsible for making system configuration changes alongside the members of your team.

Youll be based at one of our main offices in eitherSittingbourne, CroydonorFarringdon,with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.

What you need to have:

• Significant experience of working with and expert technical knowledge ofZellis HCM Cloud (ResourceLink)isessential
\n
• Experience of managing a team in a HR/People environment
\n
• Experience of managing a systems improvement programme
\n
• Substantial experience of building and producing standard HR/People-related data sets as well as more complex KPI or statutory-related reports with trend analysis.
\n
• Advanced skills in PowerBI and Excel as well as other standard MS applications
\n
• SQL experience would be an advantage
