- Resident Liaison Officer - Regional Main Contractor \n
- Location: Brighton, East Sussex \n

- Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the projects. \n
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders. \n
- Keeping residents informed of upcoming works, programmes, access requirements and potential disruption. \n
- Providing clear and timely communication regarding project activities and progress. \n
- Carrying out regular resident visits and maintaining accurate records of communication. \n
- Responding professionally to resident enquiries, concerns and complaints. \n
- Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and the wider construction team to resolve issues. \n
- Managing resident expectations and ensuring concerns are escalated and addressed appropriately. \n
- Issuing newsletters, letters and other project communications as required. \n
- Supporting consultation meetings and resident engagement activities. \n
- Assisting with access arrangements where required. \n
- Monitoring resident feedback and ensuring relevant information is communicated to the project team. \n
- Ensuring all resident liaison activities are recorded and managed in accordance with company procedures. \n
- \n
- Previous experience in a Resident Liaison, Tenant Liaison, Customer Liaison or similar role. \n
- Experience working within the construction, housing, refurbishment or property sectors. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- The confidence to deal with residents, clients and stakeholders at all levels. \n
- Strong organisational and administrative skills. \n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. \n
- A professional, empathetic and solutions-focused approach. \n
- The ability to handle sensitive situations and complaints calmly and professionally. \n
- Good IT and written communication skills. \n
- A full UK driving licence is desirable due to the nature of the role. \n
