Product Lead – CAFM Reactive Helpdesk / Field Service Management (FSM)

Full-time | Permanent | Office Based – Wakefield

£35,000 - £55,000 dep on experience

Are you a Product leader who's just as comfortable running a requirements workshop with a facilities manager as you are reviewing a sprint backlog or presenting a delivery update to a board-level client?

We're exclusively partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business to find a Product Lead to own their CAFM Reactive Helpdesk product — complete with an integrated Field Service Management (FSM) mobile platform.

This is a genuinely hands-on, leadership role sitting at the intersection of Product Management, Business Analysis and Delivery — leading two Product Managers, owning the roadmap, and driving structured project delivery across client onboarding and platform development.

What You'll Own

• The end-to-end CAFM helpdesk / FSM product roadmap, balancing client need, commercial value and platform stability
\n
• Requirements elicitation with clients and internal stakeholders — user stories, process maps, functional specs, acceptance criteria
\n
• Structured project delivery: client onboarding, platform rollouts, governance, RAID logs and stakeholder communication
\n
• Line management and mentorship of two Product Managers, shaping how the wider PM function operates
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Proven experience leading a product team, with direct line management
\n
• Strong working knowledge of CAFM, reactive maintenance, or FSM (Mobile) operations — from a software or client-side background
\n
• Comfortable operating across BA, Product, and Delivery disciplines
\n
• Confident communicator, from field operations teams through to board-level stakeholders
\n
• Structured delivery approach — Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
\n

Desirable: APM, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum qualifications.
