Site Manager

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting! A welcoming secondary school in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the maintenance, security and health & safety of the school site. This is a full-time opportunity starting ASAP.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the school site, ensuring buildings and grounds are safe, secure and well maintained.

Key duties include:

• Managing site maintenance and repairs
\n
• Overseeing health & safety compliance and site inspections
\n
• Managing contractors and external service providers
\n
• Acting as the main keyholder for the school
\n
• Supervising site staff and allocating workloads
\n
• Supporting school events and out-of-hours lettings
\n
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and security across the site
\n

• Previous experience in site, facilities or premises management
\n
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
\n
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance projects
\n
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
\n
• CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible
\n
• Legal right to work in the UK
\n
