Multi Trade Operative – Empty HomesUp to £38,847.17 per annum + van | Full-time, Permanent | BracknellWe’re looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join the Empty Homes team, helping prepare properties to a high standard so they’re ready for new residents.You’ll carry out a variety of trade and maintenance tasks across properties in Ascot, Windsor, Reading, Slough and the surrounding areas, working alongside other trades, subcontractors and housing teams.What you’ll doCarry out a wide range of repairs, maintenance and installation work across empty properties.Complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Take pride in delivering a right-first-time service.Work closely with colleagues, subcontractors and other teams to ensure homes are ready for new residents.Provide excellent customer service and represent the organisation professionally.Participate in an out-of-hours callout rota.What we’re looking forA skilled and experienced multi-trade operative.Proactive, motivated and able to work on your own initiative.A good team player with strong communication skills.Customer-focused, professional and committed to high standards.Qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ level in a relevant trade, with previous experience.A confident driver with a clean driving licence.You’ll need to provide your own hand and power tools.What you’ll getUp to £38,847.17 per annumCompany van + fuel cardVan vault, racking and inverterCompany tablet and mobile phoneUniform and PPE28 days' holidayGenerous pension and life assurance schemesHealth and wellbeing benefitsFull-time, permanent employmentRegular team talks and opportunities to develop your knowledgeIf you’re a skilled multi-trade operative who takes pride in your work and enjoys making a real difference to customers, we’d love to hear from you
