Contract: Full Time, Permanent, Term Time Only
\nSalary: £28,000 - £37,800, dependent on experience
\nLocation: Horsham, West Sussex

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8.45am - 4.30pm \n
- Tuesday: 8.45am - 5.00pm \n

We are on the lookout for a passionate PSHE/Careers Teacher who can forge trusting relationships and inspire our most vulnerable learners.
\nAs part of our community, you will work alongside an experienced team led by our dedicated Headteacher. Together, we offer a diverse range of subjects that align with the National Curriculum and GCSE pathways, ensuring our students receive a well-rounded education.
Your Role and Responsibilities\nAs a PSHE/Careers Teacher, you will:

- Motivate and encourage young people to reach their full potential. \n
- Set high expectations and maintain a clear vision of educational excellence. \n
- Exhibit outstanding classroom management and teaching abilities. \n
- Create and deliver engaging programmes of study in PSHE, Careers, vocational subjects, and ASDAN. \n
- Collaborate with our supportive team to enhance the learning experience. \n
- Possibly teach additional subjects based on your expertise. \n
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) \n
- A passion for working with young people facing challenges \n
- Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset \n
- A valid driving license, capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles \n
