Talent & Development (Senior BP / Manager)Our client, a leading organisation based in Plymouth, is seeking an experienced Talent & Development Manager / Senior Business Partner to lead the delivery of talent, learning, leadership, and organisational development initiatives across the business.This is a strategic role focused on developing people, building leadership capability, and supporting the organisation to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help drive employee engagement, succession planning, and organisational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of the organisation's talent and development strategy.Partner with senior leaders to identify current and future talent needs.Design and implement leadership and management development programmes.Support succession planning and talent review processes.Identify skills gaps and implement learning and development solutions.Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.Manage learning platforms, development programmes, and external training providers.Use people data and insights to measure the impact of development initiatives.Support organisational change and transformation projects.Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Requirements Proven experience in a Talent, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or HR Business Partner role.Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing at leadership level.Strong understanding of talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.Experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes.Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to use people data and insights to drive decision-making.CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.TPBN1_UKTJ
