Limewood Care Home is a purpose built service in Stafford, providing specialist dementia, nursing and respite care for 59 residents. The home offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals with complex health needs, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.Support Worker Contract £12.71 per hourFull time and part time hours availableDay shifts and night shifts availablePaid DBS, pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Role OverviewAs a Support Worker, you will provide high quality, person centred support within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs.You will support residents with daily routines, including personal care, mobility and mealtimes, helping to maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort and dignity at all times. You will respond sensitively to changing needs, contributing to a calm, stable and supportive environment.Working closely with the wider team, you will follow individual care plans, support structured routines and help maintain a consistent and well organised setting.
