I’m excited to be working with a specialist healthcare estates and design consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Strategic Healthcare Architect to join their London team.

\n

\n

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at a strategic and client-facing level, helping healthcare organisations shape their future estates, services and development programmes.

\n

\n

The Role;

\n

You’ll work closely with NHS Trusts, healthcare organisations and senior stakeholders, providing strategic advice across estate strategy, healthcare transformation and master planning.

\n

\n

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n

%AA;️ Leading strategic estate planning for NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations

\n

%AA;️ Developing estate strategies, master plans and development programmes

\n

%AA;️ Working with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders

\n

%AA;️ Leading workshops, visioning sessions and stakeholder engagement

\n

%AA;️ Acting as a trusted advisor across healthcare estates and strategic development

\n

%AA;️ Identifying opportunities and supporting project roadmaps and investment plans

\n

%AA;️ Leading early-stage healthcare master planning commissions

\n

%AA;️ Contributing to business development and proposals

\n

\n

\n

About You

\n

%AA;️ Qualified Architect - RIBA Part III or equivalent

\n

%AA;️ 10-15+ years’ experience within healthcare architecture, planning or strategic advisory

\n

%AA;️ Strong understanding of NHS estate strategy and healthcare transformation

\n

%AA;️ Proven experience in healthcare estate strategy and strategic master planning

\n

%AA;️ Comfortable working with executive and clinical stakeholders

\n

\n

\n

Desirable: Experience supporting NHS Trust Boards/Executive Teams and involvement in large-scale healthcare transformation programmes.

\n

\n

- London

\n

- Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm (hybrid working)

\n

- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

\n

- Salary: £60,000 - £90,000

\n
