Job Title: Oracle Fusion Developer - Payroll & HCM
Location: Abbey Wood, Bristol, UK
Job Type: Full-time contract, Until 31st March 2027
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

Summary:
\n Looking for a technical Payroll Software Developer with demonstrable Oracle HCM Payroll experience.
\n The role requires a strong understanding of Oracle payroll processing, payroll runbooks, retrospective payroll calculations/processes, payroll tables and associated development activities. Candidates must have experience developing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, SQL and PLSQL.

Essential:
\n Have experience of Oracle Cloud applications, fast formula, payroll, and integrations.
\n o Oracle Fusion is what working with.
\n Have experience of OTBI/BI reporting.
\n Can investigate and problem solve issues.
\n Have experience of working in a corporate services or shared services environment.

The post holder will be expected to understand some or all the following functionality:
\n o Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL/AD), OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL and OIC.
