Then get in touch!Kingston Barnes is recruiting for an experienced Installation Electrician to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern production environment, carrying out electrical installations, commissioning, maintenance and continuous improvement projects while benefiting from an excellent work-life balance and outstanding benefits package.The RoleAs an Installation Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems and production equipment across the site. Working closely with the Lead Maintenance Engineer and manufacturing teams, you will help ensure equipment reliability, minimise downtime and support ongoing improvement projects.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission electrical circuits in line with the current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.Helping out with electrical fault finding, repairs and planned preventative maintenance.Support mechanical maintenance activities where required.Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime.Assist with plant upgrades, modifications and continuous improvement projects.Maintain accurate maintenance records and update maintenance schedules.Coordinate and supervise external contractors, ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standards.Source replacement parts and obtain competitive quotations for maintenance work.Work closely with production teams to maximise equipment availability.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health & safety, food safety and GMP standards.Happy undertaking general maintenance on site.About you:ECS Gold Card (essential) or able to get one based on your qualificationsProven background in electrical installations.Experience installing and commissioning electrical circuits.Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across different departments and contractors.Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment would be advantageous.Benefits:£40,000 - £50,000 per annum.11% employer pension contributionBUPA healthcareLife Assurance (3x annual salary)Cycle to Work Scheme23 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysAdditional day off during your birthday monthChristmas shutdown (3 days of annual leave allocated during this period)Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rateAdditional £50 incentive for working 4+ hours on Saturdays + OvertimeIf you're an experienced Installation Electrician looking to join a stable manufacturing business that offers excellent benefits, long-term career prospects and a supportive working environment, we'd love to hear from you.Please click apply or get in touch with Josh Hoyle on 07712 695480TPBN1_UKTJ
